Returns & Refund Policy

At Outohome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a transparent return process to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

1. 7-Day "Change of Mind" Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. It must be in a condition that does not affect its resale (no signs of wear, scratches, or damage).

  • Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: Please note that a 5% restocking fee (to cover platform transaction processing costs) will be deducted from your final refund amount for all "change of mind" returns.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

2. Quality Issues & Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If the item you received is defective or has quality issues:

  • Verification: Please contact us immediately. Our engineering team will review the issue (this may require photos or videos of the defect).

  • Resolution: Once the quality issue is verified and confirmed by our team, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement.

  • Shipping Costs: In the case of confirmed quality issues, Outohome will cover all return shipping costs.

3. How to Start a Return

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided the item is in its original, resalable condition.

8. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (minus any applicable shipping fees or restocking fees as outlined in Section 1). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
