At Outohome, we are committed to delivering your high-performance outdoor gear as quickly and efficiently as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Origin
To ensure timely delivery within the United States, your orders are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Temple City, California.
3. Shipping Rates (Standard Shipping)
We offer simple and transparent shipping rates based on your order total:

FREE Shipping: On all orders of $70.00 and above.

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $8.00 will be applied to orders between $0.00 and $69.99.
4. Domestic Delivery Areas
Currently, we only provide shipping services within the contiguous United States.

Included Regions: The 48 mainland states and the District of Columbia.

Excluded Regions: We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. overseas territories (such as Guam, American Samoa, etc.). We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
5. Delivery Estimates
While actual delivery times may vary based on your location relative to our California warehouse, most mainland customers can expect their package within 5-8 business days after the order has been processed.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
7. Missing or Damaged Packages
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at outohome0610@gmail.com with your name and order number.
